Project Lead – I oversee the full implementation lifecycle for Canadian payroll clients, from onboarding to go-live. This includes gathering client requirements, managing timelines, and ensuring all deliverables meet ADP’s high standards.2. Configuration Specialist – I configure the ADP Workforce Now backend to align with each client’s unique payroll requirements. This involves setting up earnings, deductions, benefits, and union configurations, tailored to each client’s needs.3. Client Trainer and Support – I conduct detailed walkthroughs and payroll testing with clients, ensuring they are comfortable with the system before transitioning them to the service team. I support the first two payroll runs, troubleshooting and optimizing the process to ensure smooth operation.
