SUBLINK is an application created to facilitate the relationships and contracts between contractors and subcontractors. It gives you the ability to know what is going on at each of your locations and who is working there all from your phone or desktop. This is an amazing tool to manage the companies that you currently work with or to find new companies quickly. Just simply having the ability to know when each worker is on location is amazing in it’s self. As simple as a text message, you can quickly notify each other of any issues at that location to hold both sides accountable for the work that has been performed and it is automatically added to your contract. And the greatest thing is that in the end, and only after you have performed a job that you are able to both rate each other.
