Hi, I\'m Shaun, and I build businesses the same way I built my career from the ground up.From the warehouse to a thriving company, I’ve learned one thing: when people do well, businesses grow.I began my career in a warehouse, where I picked orders and gained a comprehensive understanding of the business from all angles.I worked in customer service, inside sales, and project estimation. These roles improved my skills and expanded my viewpoint.In Outside Sales, I excelled at building strong relationships and achieving results.That drive led me to start my own business and step into leadership.I’m currently leading Nirvana Waterworks.My focus is on growing our business, building strong teams, and entering new markets.I’m building a culture where ideas shine, excellence is key, and customers steer our choices.Our mission is simple: inspire every team member to dream big, take action, and deliver services that grow our clients, our company, and each other.Outside of work, I love trail running.I recently finished the Near Death Race (42 km) and am now training for the full Death Race (118 km) in 2026.I follow three key principles: be consistent, stay disciplined, and focus on what I can control.If growth, grit, and meaningful work matter to you, let\'s connect!
