I’m a Manager of Controlling supporting complex, high-volume businesses where margin discipline, cost control, and forecast accuracy are non-negotiable. My role sits close to the business, helping leaders make grounded decisions when conditions change and tradeoffs matter.I lead financial planning and control for a large AfterSales operation, overseeing forecasting, margin performance, budgeting, and cost management. I run the monthly operating cadence, guide annual planning cycles, and partner with senior leaders to surface risks early and adjust course quickly. Over time, I’ve led enterprise-level cost initiatives, strengthened forecast reliability, and translated variance into clear actions teams can execute across the organization.More recently, I played a central role in a business transformation to SAP S/4HANA, helping redesign planning and control processes, stabilize forecasting through system change, and maintain decision-quality visibility for leaders throughout the transition. I’m most effective in environments where finance is expected to bring structure, accountability, and clarity, not just reporting.I’m drawn to roles where controlling is trusted as a strategic partner in how the business performs.
