These tasks include but are not limited to conducting oral and written interviews of witnesses, suspects and or victims of a pending criminal or civil case. Establishes and maintains a complete case file on all investigations conducted by this office. Conducts research, identifies potential witnesses and evidence during the course of an assigned investigation. Provides courtroom testimony and evidence were applicable. Collaborates with other law enforcement agencies on a local, county and state level to achieve cohesiveness within the law enforcement community at large.
