ABOUT SHAUN PENDRY

Leadership matters. It is the key element to the success of any team, organisation or business. Effective leadership provides the vision, drive and purpose. Without these elements teams of any size can never reach their full potential. Leadership has been at the heart of my work for over 30 years. I am passionate about developing and equipping leaders and teams with the skills and behaviours that they need to be able to deliver their purpose. I believes that there is no such thing as a \'born leader\'. Leaders need to be developed, supported and allowed to make mistakes. Through this true leaders are created. I also believes that people have the \'right\' to be well led in the workplace. This means that organisations need to value and invest in their leaders so that they can engage people and get the best from them.I also knows that teams are dynamic entities that need to be \'worked on\'. Performing teams don\'t just happen. The dynamics of the individuals, their strengths, development, collaboration and cohesion all need to be considered. To be really effective this needs to be done consciously. Whether I am working with individuals or teams I work with them to identify their needs and challenges. I provide the time and the space for leaders and teams to work on their challenges. I do this though a range of activities and interventions. Some of these include, executive coaching, team coaching, direct training, using psychometric tools and leadership consulting. I will work in partnership with you to decide what is the most appropriate blend of initiatives to meet your needs.
