My background consists of finish carpentry, single family and multifamily renovation, repair and team leadership in these industries. For profit or affordable housing, I keep the same attitude and demeanor when it comes to fair housing professionalism, team conduct, as well as keeping a close eye on budgets. Every ownership has its particular budget and plan. My position is to take those directions from my report to and apply them firmly to each property. From work orders, repair and renovation projects to preventative maintenance plans.
