ABOUT SHAUN MUNROE
I am a Diversity, equity, and inclusion professional committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and sustainable work environment. I am focused on holistic diversity and inclusion work from recruitment to internal education and retention structures. As a highly trained race relation and global dialogue facilitator with 250+ hours of experience, I have the unique ability to manage deeply personal DEI conversations while maintaining a professional environment by allowing perspectives to be heard, examined, and constructively challenged. Through my Master\'s degree in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution at Columbia University, I honed my ability to analyze and resolve conflicts from an interpersonal to an international level.
