Responsible for the operational success of all facilities services within the 3 main Britvic production sites as well as their head office and remote function sites across the UK. The contract is based within ISS\'s Production division. Focus on health, safety and quality performance, operational excellence, people engagement and customer satisfaction all delivered within financial parameters as agreed by the business.This includes production and janitorial cleaning, catering, reception, waste management, security, M&E services, landscaping and all nominated ISS sub contractors, liaising with external ISS departments and the client.Previous roles include Contracts Manager, Area Facilites and Area Operations Manager within the Midlands cluster of managed BT sites and as a Shopping Centre manager for CBRE. Customer centric career built up with a wide-reaching level of experience for problem solving, strengthened through extensive retail and management experience.Skilled in Building and Facilities Management, Tenant and Key stake holder engagement, P&L accountability, High Performance Team Building, Succession based Recruitment and Planning, Customer Service, Sales, Retail, Sales Operations, and Sales Management. Strong personnel focused professional with a Bachelor\'s degree focused in Business, Management & Marketing from Birmingham City University. IOSH qualified.
