ABOUT SHAUN MOORE

I consider myself a \"doer.\" A lot of times, the hardest part of making things happen is just taking that first step and doing it. I have 22 years of experience in real estate, including appraisals of residential, commercial, and agricultural properties. My experience with life, of course, goes even further than that. It ranges from serving in the Montana Army National Guard to being a line cook at a premier restaurant (going back to high school there) and working some odd jobs in between. My grandfather started a legacy back in the 1960s by establishing the Moore Appraisal Firm. He passed away when I was young, and I never got to work with him. However, I was fortunate enough to work with my dad for 20+ years. The knowledge and experience I gained from working in the same office are invaluable. He is quite literally the reason I am where I am today, and I am eternally grateful for it. In early 2022, I was approached by True Footage. True Footage is a valuation technology company and had a lot of promising attributes. I spent 2 years with them as a regional manager with my region stretching from the West Coast to the Great Lakes. My experience with the company, helping to grow a startup tech company, was invaluable and I\'m grateful for it. In March of 2024 I left them to return to my roots. Throughout my career, I\'ve been actively involved in various associations at local, state, and national levels, including serving on the National Association of Realtors Valuation Committee for a couple of terms and the local City-County Planning Board. Serving in this capacity has allowed me to grow my sphere, and I have made some amazing connections by doing so with friends and colleagues alike. My passion for real estate extends beyond appraising; I\'ve built and managed Capital City Investments, delving into both commercial and residential properties around Montana. I am fortunate enough to be married to my best friend, who is also a real estate enthusiast. My wife, Jessica, and I together have 6 kids. I figure someone out of that bunch will be the next generation of real estate enthusiasts. I\'m not just passionate about real estate; I\'m deeply interested in expanding my knowledge. Continuously striving to improve, I embrace challenges and seek out opportunities to learn and grow. I\'m always open to connecting with like-minded professionals, fellow enthusiasts, and potential collaborators.
