As a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations, overseeing several departments and managing the daily activities to ensure our continued success.Key Responsibilities:Subcontractor Management: Lead and manage relationships with subcontractors to ensure timely and quality delivery of services, optimizing performance and ensuring alignment with company goals.Cross-Department Leadership: Direct and oversee actions across various departments to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and support the company\'s growth objectives.Process Management: Drive the implementation and management of new processes to meet the data needs of the organization, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.Vendor Coordination: Coordinate multiple vendors to support pre- and post-launch product activities, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution.Cost and Efficiency Optimization: Continuously evaluate and streamline processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs without compromising service quality.Strategic Planning and Reporting: Oversee data measurement, reporting, and analytics to track performance metrics, driving informed decision-making across the organization.Qualifications:Proven experience in operations management, particularly within the commercial maintenance or service industry.Strong expertise in managing subcontractors and vendor relationships.Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams.Experience in implementing process improvements and managing data-driven reporting systems.Ability to drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high standards of service.
