I am personally drawn to exciting worthwhile challenges, mainly focused around reducing all aspects of waste. I look at everything I tackle in a different way to most people around me. By identifying then understanding and evaluating all variables, not just the obvious, allows me to fully understand the root cause of a problem before developing the tailored solution. This inevitably involves identifying the required skills, matching that with the correct people and forming them into a focused team to deliver the required objectives.My experience to date demonstrates this core value in every role I have had in several manufacturing sectors.
