The concepts and ideas that encompass TPS are cutting edge and are very rarely fully utilized to realize success and increased profit. In addition to TPS leadership, coaching and development are a couple of things that many people speak about but often do not embrace. These few elements are something that I strive to include in my day to day communication and mentorship to fellow co-workers. Using such tools in my outlook of the work place have allowed me to also continuously learn from others and also taught me to properly be coached.
