Hello, my name is Shaun Hetu. I am a Project Management Specialist at Boeing in Dallas, Texas. I recently completed my online MBA through the Carson College of Business at Washington State University with a concentration in Finance. I received my Bachelor\'s degree at Michigan State University for Supply Chain Management, and have lived in Michigan for most of my life. Previously, I worked at PepsiCo/Frito-Lay as a Zone Operations Manager/Operations Manager in the Metro Detroit Area for approximately 6 years prior to moving to the Dallas, Texas area with Boeing!My professional skills include project management, cross-fucntional leadership skills, front-line management experience, supply chain management, warehouse management, logistics, lean processes, Lean Six Sigma, data analytics, SAP, Microsoft Excel, and other office programs such as SharePoint, Excel, Word, & Powerpoint.    Drive lean six sigma methodology on the Continuous Improvement Team by leading projects across Boeing Global Services (BGS)• Deployed standard work processes at the BD S&C CMC distribution center in Coppell, TX, and improved the weekly average number of quality notification per a reduction in 15.85% in 2024 compared to 2023• Improved TATS Out-Time temperature tracking by creating automated Smartsheet workflow that generates a QAF-250 from subsequent inputs from receiving, receiving specialists, inventory / storage, and shipping departments• Executed Pakistan RFQ Response Tracker which reduce the average RFQ time for this program from ~30 days down to 2-3 days depending on the requirements• Onboarded over 70+ non-Boeing employees per the Workforce Transformation project team, and created process to reduce onboarding time from over a month to approximately 2-3 weeks• Current Smartsheet Core Product focal supporting Boeing Global Service teams• Established REACH Boeing Resource Group (BRG) in the Dallas network and currently Co-Chair of REACH Dallas (May 2023)
