ABOUT SHAUN HARMON

I have a wealth of experience to offer at senior management level in the retail industry picking up valuable experience and knowledge along the way. I believe in the values of \'old style retailing\' and whilst recognising the need to adopt and embrace new procedures and techniques. I have had large inputs within the company from outside the four walls of stores which includes from developing junior managers to developing a audit for standardising performance of mystery shops within all divisions, this is now run as a company audit across the UK and Ireland. Within my time at PVH I’ve always managed to ensure my stores are hitting their targets by ensuring that the right people are employed for the right jobs I am very much a people\'s person and believe that 1st class customer service is paramount, I also instill to my staff to treat everyone as equal. My attitude to life and retail is that you only get out what you are prepared to put in. Teamwork and team spirit is an essential ingredient in a quest for success.
