I am a growth-focused and results-oriented business leader with over 25 years of experience in the specialty manufacturing industry. I currently serve as the President & CEO of Bradford, a leading supplier of innovative beauty & personal care products to both large-scale CPGs and emerging brands across the specialty market. Under my leadership, Bradford has expanded its capabilities through the acquisition of Solo Laboratories, Inc, growing beyond our heritage in solid cleansing products to now include liquids and aerosols. I am responsible for the full P&L accountability and direct management of all business functions, as well as the strategic direction and execution of the company\'s vision and goals. My core competencies include professionalizing & scaling middle-market businesses, strategic planning & execution, business restructuring/turnaround, operational efficiency/LEAN, new business development / product commercialization, and mergers & acquisitions. I have a well-balanced approach to management that leverages my experience and best practices from both smaller, independent legal entities and larger, multinational corporations. I also have extensive international experience and fluency in German technical and business language. My mission is to profitably grow specialty manufacturing businesses through product/services innovation, customer service excellence, and operational excellence. I am a member of YPO - Connecticut River Valley Chapter, NEUS Region, since 2012.
