My role focuses on growing the business, improving operational performance, and building systems that allow the company to scale efficiently.I started my career in operations and fleet management, before moving into business development and senior management, which has given me a practical understanding of how every part of the business works, from sales and engineering teams to delivery and customer experience.Today I work closely with the Managing Director to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and develop new areas of the business, including services, products, and partnerships within the automotive sector.My academic background is in Psychology from Canterbury Christ Church University, which shaped my interest in leadership, decision-making, and building high-performing teams.Alongside my role at DPF Fixer, I’m also interested in building and developing brands and businesses, particularly in areas where strong operations, clear positioning, and long-term thinking create real value.I’m always open to connecting with people who are focused on building better businesses, improving how companies operate, and creating sustainable growth.
