I have recently been made redundant from my trainee Assessors position in which I have been doing for the last 15months. I have extensive experience in the retail sector as I was a manager for over 20 years but luckily had an opportunity to become an assessor. My job role now involves assessing candidates on various qualicfications which include Management, Cleaning and support services, Team leading, Customer service and facilities management. Functional skills embedded seamlessly through all courses to level 2. Although a trainee assessor I have been working towards my TAQA qualification,I am now looking a new role to show my qualities gained from working with such a diverse group of learners.
