I studied Hotel & Restaurant Management at Northern Arizona Universaity from to 2003. I interned and eventually worked full time at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Flagstaff, AZ during my studies.I relocated with Hilton to the Phoenix area in 2003 where I worked at the Double Tree Paradise Valley Resort for a short period of time. I was honred with the opportunity to be on the opening team of the James Hotel as the Front Office Manager in Scottsdale, AZ where I worked for approximately 3 years (through the transiation into Mondrian).In 2007 I accepted a position at Zona Hotel & Suites (Managed by O\'Neill Hotels & Resorts) as the Director of Front Office Operations. During my tenure with Zona, I gladly accepted a position as the property Hotel Manager & Director of Operations. Most recently I was humbled with the opportunity to join an amazing team at Hotel Valley Ho, managed by Westroc Hospitality, in April of 2014 as Director of Guest Operations where I currently work today.My short term goal would be to continue grow in my capacity as Director of Guest Operations with a renound organization. My near future goal is to continue my career within the hospitality industry and eventually become a General Manager. My long term goal is to ultimately be in a Corporate Level capcity with an accomplished managament group.
