Shaun has designed lighting for interior and exterior projects, including community wide lighting master plans. The audio visual systems he has designed includes video mapping projects, custom interactive model tables, a permanent exterior musical instrument, motion triggered audio and a rain storm in a caiman pen. Fun and guest involvement are key motivators in Shaun’s designs.Shaun has designed complex lighting control networks for ethernet, DMX 512 and other control protocols and has lead the development and implementation of custom designed, web-based control system for museums and sales centres using ‘off the shelf’ hardware rather than proprietary systems. In addition to architectural work, Shaun has designed lighting for professional theatre productions and is strong proponent of collaborative design that draws upon many mediums and backgrounds.
