Continuing to work with the newly launched Personal Investing products that I had a significant role in developing, this role focusses on two core areas:Responsibilities include- To set the Personal Investing digital proposition vision and roadmap for the value streams, with input and buy in from the business owners and lean portfolio management- Regularly conduct market and customer research, bringing an externally focused mind-set to the digital vision and roadmap- Work with distribution and marketing to achieve aggressive sales targets- Articulate this vision and roadmap to the Agile release team- The production of lean business cases- Work with Product Owners to identify and manage dependencies that could impact the Personal Investing plan and/or vision and roadmap- Ensure alignment and identify opportunities across different business areas where appropriate- Lead design teams to help shape the vision and roadmap.
