Hi I\'m Shaun Adams, owner of Cooper Adams estate & letting agents with branches in Angmering, East Preston & Rustington. My goal is to improve the moving process for sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants. Smoother, simpler, faster and less stress for all. I can’t wait for the slow UK system to improve so we have put procedures in place to make letting, buying and selling much faster, less stressful and much more secure. These are not empty statements but big changes. It’s a lot more work for us but it benefits sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants dramatically. Why wait until you have agreed a sale until your buyer can see a complete legal pack? We get this ready for a potential buyer to view before they offer. We also lock buyer and seller in legally when an offer is agreed, stopping anyone pulling out on a whim at any time. We include free rent guarantee and all legal expenses cover for our landlords. If a tenant loses their job or gets I’ll and cannot pay the rent we pay it for a year! I was born in Rustington and live in East Preston. I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else!
