My career path has been a journey of consistent growth, guided by a focus on purpose-driven work and supporting meaningful clinical adoption.I\'ve been fortunate to work alongside talented teams to successfully scale robotic-assisted surgery programs across diverse specialties and geographies. During my tenure as a Clinical Sales Leader, our team was able to significantly expand the regional footprint—growing da Vinci system installations and driving a multifold increase in procedure volume. We were also involved in laying the groundwork to pioneer cardiac robotic surgery, helping to contribute to its subsequent national expansion.My approach to leadership is grounded in a \"people-first\" philosophy.
