Works to expand the pipeline of talent seeking meaningful careers in the building industry, especially from under-served and under-represented communities. Leads the facilitation and administration of Clark’s Strategic Partnership Program (SPP).

As a lifelong student of culture and leadership, I’ve spent my career translating that belief into actionable corporate strategy.Currently, as a Community Affairs Manager at Clark Construction, I sit at the intersection of industry and impact. My work is focused on creating tangible pathways for small businesses and underrepresented talent in the Baltimore area. Whether I’m facilitating Clark’s Strategic Partnership Program (SPP) or managing complex government relations, my goal remains the same: to protect humanity in the workplace and build rewarding, equitable relationships.My background ranges from teaching cultural anthropology at Bowie State to managing inclusive proposal strategies at STV and Alpha Corporation. I don’t just look at data; I look at the people behind the numbers.When I’m off the clock, I trade my spreadsheets and research journals for popcorn and the big screen. I’m a total softie for a good rom-com, though I never turn down a high-stakes action movie.
