   As a Client Services Intern at Umbrex, I have contributed to research and operational initiatives that support both consultants and clients across the firm. This experience has been instrumental in my professional development, allowing me to grow my research, data analysis, and strategic thinking skills within a real-world consulting environment. I conducted in-depth research on over 40 job search platforms across the United States, Canada, and Europe, covering resources for both experienced professionals and college students. I also identified 53 key consulting firms in each region, gathered turnover data from reliable sources and employee review platforms, and organized these findings into a structured, easy-to-navigate format. Through this analysis, I highlighted firms with the highest reported turnover and summarized common reasons for employee attrition, providing valuable insights into broader industry trends.In addition to talent market research, I worked extensively on organizing historical data related to previous clients and consultants, helping improve internal data clarity and accessibility. I also explored process mapping methodologies, including SIPOC, Swimlane, and Value Stream Mapping. To deepen my understanding, I analyzed several sample process maps across different industries, identifying structural differences and strategic applications. I researched widely-used process mapping tools such as Lucidchart, Miro, Visio, and ARIS, and focused on industry-specific benchmarks within the recruiting sector. This included reviewing case studies and whitepapers to identify common pain points and improvement goals among top performers. Overall, this internship has given me a strong foundation in research-driven decision-making and a deeper understanding of the consulting industry\'s inner workings.
