Throughout my career, I’ve led engineering organizations through pivotal transitions: launching greenfield products to their first revenue milestone, scaling platforms to support hundreds of thousands of workloads, and guiding teams through acquisitions and major shifts in technology and culture. I lead with empathy and clarity, cultivating a culture of engineering excellence, inclusion, and psychological safety.Most recently, I was a Senior Director of Engineering at VMware, where I led a 120+ person org building the Tanzu Application Platform — a secure, enterprise-grade developer platform for Kubernetes.
