I hold a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.My interest in Supply Chain began during my undergraduate studies while running an on-campus startup. The ability to visualize and understand the end-to-end process captivated me, and since then, there’s been no looking back. My time at NJIT further deepened my expertise in the field, providing a strong academic foundation. After graduation, I began my professional journey with Tiffany & Co, which offered me valuable hands-on experience and further solidified my passion and clarity in Supply Chain management.

    Maintain, modify, and create reports used by the organization to track progress of supply chain activities conduct analysis using various internal planning systems that lead to optimal methodologies for meeting customer demands-Partner with various business stakeholders and cross functional teams to drive change implementations efficiency and flawlessly-Project management ownership after Development stage-Responsible for managing all Product Supply specific tasks (sourcing, final structure and graphics definition, change control, artwork execution, production, all planning tasks, all validation tasks, product manual development, QA release, and the deployment)-Present supply chain planning activities to track progress, and KPI’s to cross functional teams using data visualizing dashboards-Tracking current Safety Stock Levels and Inventory levels of the Raw materials being implemented and analyzing the right moment to stop production on the old version and start the new version-Draft and drive Supply Chain Implementation Strategies for Project Teams involving cross functional teams-Escalate supply chain risks in a timely fashion, to the Project Leaders for review and suggest alternative solutions in meeting timeline-Participate in monthly S & OP MRM (Sale and Operations Planning, Manufactured Raw Materials) to ensure full communication of project requirements in and out of the system and allow the sites to assess and mitigate any capacity issues for a flawless project implementation-Participate in Design Control activities (DCN Part 1 & 2) as a Supply Chain Core Team Member.
