I am Shatakshi Kalkonde, an MBA (Finance) student from Ramdeobaba University with a strong academic background and hands-on exposure to the banking and capital markets industry. I have consistently demonstrated academic excellence, being a Merit Scholarship Holder for the academic year 2024–25 and securing 2nd Rank in B.Com from RTMNU, which reflects my dedication, discipline, and analytical mindset.My academic foundation in commerce has provided me with a clear understanding of accounting, economics, taxation, financial management, and business laws. During my MBA program, I have further strengthened my knowledge in corporate finance, financial markets, investment analysis, portfolio management, cost accounting, and strategic management through case studies, presentations, and practical projects.I possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a structured manner. I am confident in communicating effectively in professional environments and enjoy working collaboratively to achieve common goals. My experiences have shaped me into a responsible, dependable, and continuously evolving learner.My career objective is to build a successful career in finance, particularly in areas such as financial analysis, banking operations, investment advisory, or corporate finance.
