Have more than Twenty three years of experience in the Human Resources Development function and leading Human Resources teams in Larsen & Toubro Limited and Torrent Pharmaceuticals. My areas of interest are Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Business Operations and have been actively involved in Designing of HR Systems & Processes and Formulation of Policies, Procedures & Strategies and its implementation. I successfully set up the HRBP process of the Corporate Office and led the team for more than 5 years.
