As a Project Engineer, I am responsible for taking outdoor hand tools like pruners, loppers, shovels etc, and Storage like HART Stack system, Garage Rail system etc. from concept to mass production. The product development process involves designing parts, rapid prototyping, testing, coordinating and making decisions in cross-functional teams, managing the project schedule until it begins mass production and following any product improvement and cost reduction initiatives. I am also responsible for defining the testing parameters of those tools. In my current role, I have also expanded my responsibilities as a CAE Engineer and used ANSYS to perform FEA analyses for my team.
