I am a driven legal professional and a Law Society of Ontario (LSO) lawyer licensing candidate, having earned my Master’s in International Business Law from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University. My academic background has provided me with a robust understanding of global legal frameworks, particularly in international trade, commerce, and real estate law, as I work toward becoming a licensed lawyer in Canada.Currently, I am a Student-at-Law at Scalzi Caplan LLP, where I specialize in commercial mortgage transactions, Mortgage Enforcement, and Litigation.Previously, as a Legal Advisor at Amselor Commodity Trade LLP in India, I drafted and negotiated contracts for domestic and international transactions, providing expert advice on taxation, arbitration, and dispute resolution. Working closely with my team, I secured favorable outcomes in high-value cases. As a licensed advocate by the Bar Council of India and the Bar Council of Delhi, with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Delhi and a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, I bring strong skills in legal research, drafting, and client engagement.I am passionate about leveraging my global legal expertise and Canadian experience to deliver impactful solutions in commercial law and real estate.
