Capacity Building of Jeevika Urban Cadre regarding linkages of ultra poor Households with social securities scheme to uplift the current situation of Ultra-poor endorsed households to graduation approach. Analyze, Research and be familiar with the region\'s political and economic landscape, Identifying opportunities for Project rollout. Establish and maintain regular communication with project partners and other stakeholders. Disseminate the results of research and other activities. Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by the Senior management. Works with partners to refine proposals, monitoring and evaluation Plans, and project budgets. Ensure Jeevika (BRLPS) Urban Cadre are appropriately trained and plans for staff development. Manage grants and contracts and engage their performers. Foster peer to peer learning in network through conference calls, facilitation of conferences.Provides technical supervision, including analysis of interim reports, participation in workshops, literature searches, identification and administration of resource persons/consultants in support of projects.Developing relationships with various community, governmental and other nonprofit organizations to raise awareness on ECD and build resources.
