Responsibilities -Supplier Quality & Incoming Quality 1). Supplier Evaluation and Selection- Evaluate potential suppliers based on qualitystandards, performance metrics, and compliance with relevant regulations-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement and engineering, to identify andqualify new suppliers. Supplier Audit & Assessment – Annual Plan prepare & conduct supplier audit and assessmentto evaluate their process-Identify non-conformances, areas for improvement, and recommend corrective actions to suppliers-Collaborate with suppliers to develop and implement action plans for addressing non-conformancesand improving quality performance. Performance Monitoring and Reporting-Monitor supplier performance through metrics, KeyPerformance Indicators (KPIs), and quality scorecards / vendor rating-Analyze data and trends to identify potential quality issues or improvement opportunities-Generate regular reports on supplier quality performance for management review-Prepare the Defect sheet, PPM Sheet Prepare, Submission of CAPA against rejection Internal & External NC Closure. Incoming Inspection of Bought Out & Job work Item as per Quality Plan, Report preparation and GRNclearance & document maintenance (supplier reports) Supplier Relationship Management- Conduct meetings and performance reviews with suppliersto address concerns, provide feedback, and promote a culture of continuous improvement Responsible for Incoming inspection- Preparing Daily MIS Report & Share with Supplier ifObserve Issue. Defect verify with supplier, Defect booked in SAP for why why analysis & 8D report, During new development time - Prepare the inspection standard report of Newparts & parameter set in SAP for regular inspection. Daily pending GRNverification & Clearance in SAP. Active Member of CFT. Manpower handle of QA Inspector. Responsible for Supplier lay-out Report,4M Change, Material Test report & Inspection reportSubmission
