Presently I am working as a Regional coordinator with Group m Media India Pvt. Ltd Gurugram Supported by Gavi the Vaccine alliance and Hindustan Unilever (Lifebuoy) under Safal Shuruaat Program. The objective of this program is focused on Increasing demand for immunization and Improving HWWS (hand washing with soap) at key occasions to help prevent diarrhea and pneumonia in children under five years of age.Key Responsibility-• Coordination with District Level Government officials (DM, CDO, CMO, DPO ICDS, DPRO and BSA) for smooth function of project activities.• Supporting the SPM in developing the Capacity building plan of the district teams • In consultation with SPM, develop/modify training modules for government officials at various levels, internal staff and vendors • Ensure timely completion of all training in the project and monitor the effectiveness of the training • Document the best practices, Case stories and lessons learned• Develop Quarterly Project reports to be shared with the clients and other stakeholders • Monitor project progress as per the agreed work plans.• Participate in the State/district review meetings to track performance and develop specific action plans.
