Facilitate tech integration (Doka, MFE systems, Tabla formwork, safety screens) to improve project delivery. Oversee vendor selection, contract reviews and commercial negotiations & overall steel procurement. Handled end-to-end contract management including preparation of contracts, vendor evaluation and finalization, drafting of LOIs, SCCs, GCCs, LC opening and bank guarantees. Generated project MIS reports, conducted data analysis, and supported financial reporting through budget comparison statements. Reviewed contracts, timely settlement of vendor financial terms (payments, withholdings, claims) ensuring compliance and accuracy. Monthly construction budget and spent monitoring of projects. Advised and assisted project teams in preparing claims related to contract deviations, drawing discrepancies, and scope changes Coordinated cross-functional teams, consultants, internal team, auditors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution & collaboration. Monitor project performance, Risk assessment, identify variances, and implement corrective actions. Autodesk Cloud and SAP S4 HANA module implementation in across projects
