Extensive documented successes with various project scopes include Diagnostic Workshops, Studies, Licensed Basic Engineering Design, Technology Equipment, Front End Engineering Design, EPC Review/risk mitigation and Commissioning/Site Support. Since end-2019, Director of Process Engineering with BD Energy Systems LLC. Providing technology-based engineering services to Syngas product (ammonia, methanol, hydrogen, GTL) plants globally to improve operating economics, including capacity increase & efficiency increase, environmental & reliability upgrade, plant relocation, product diversification, co-production and carbon sequestration (blue/green initiative) projects. Enabling production of Green and Blue ammonia, methanol, hydrogen production using TrueBlue, BlueH2 fuel and GreenH2 retrofits. Earlier till 2019, in the capacity of Senior Director, with global P&L responsibility, led KBR’s ammonia/syngas revamp/upgrade technology business for past 6 years. Delivered high value customized offerings, considering plant vintage, client goals, plant’s technology & location factors to achieve enhanced performance of operating plants. Ensured risk mitigated execution, using licensed processes, technology equipment and specialist services. Project scope included Pre-license Studies, Licensed Basic Engineering Design, Front End Engineering Design, Technology Equipment supply, EPC Review, Commissioning/Site Support. Delivered 35+capital projects of US$ 2 to 200MM size, thus contributed US$ 28 to 51 MM revenue to KBR technology each year during 6 years, achieving sustained business growth.
