   Led the assessment and baseline mapping of 1.89 lakh Anganwadi Centres across Uttar Pradesh to identify gaps in infrastructure, hygiene behavior, and service delivery.• Provided technical assistance to the ICDS Directorate and field-level functionaries across UNICEF-supported districts to implement WASH interventions within the Anganwadi Kayakalp framework.• Facilitated the development of state and district-specific roadmaps for the implementation and scale-up of the Anganwadi Kayakalp initiative, aligning with national guidelines.• Compiled and submitted high-quality quarterly, half-yearly, and annual progress reports, including programmatic achievements, challenges, and recommendations for adaptive planning.• Conceptualized and supported the establishment of Learning Labs/Demonstration Models of upgraded AWCs as centers of excellence for peer learning and replication.• Extended regular handholding support, field visits, and supportive supervision to improve coordination, implementation quality, and capacity across key intervention districts.
