An experienced Business Leader with successful track record of driving profitable revenue growth and handling P&L across industries (Textiles / Apparel, FMCG, Banking, Telecom, DTH, Media & Entertainment, and Consumer Durables). Now CEO of Nand Ghar (Anil Agarwal Foundation), Vedanta group.Was President & COO - Blue Star running the RAC (Residential AC) business annual revenues. Was also Director on the Board of Blue Star Climatech Ltd, a 100% subsidiary of Blue Star Ltd.Was President & CEO - Lloyd Consumer Durables (part of the Havells group) for 4 years from Feb’18 to Mar’22. Worked with Bharti Airtel for 12 years. Last stint with Bharti was MD & CEO for Airtel Payments Bank. Before that I was Director & CEO - Airtel DTH business for ~5years. Joined Bharti group in 2006 as COO-Delhi Circle, later became CEO-Delhi Circle and did a short stint as CEO - Upper North (Punjab, Haryana, HP & JK) as well.Before joining Bharti, I was Group Marketing Head for Kotak Mahindra Bank (Mumbai) handling brand marketing, advertising, PR and media buying for all Kotak Group Companies including the Bank, Mutual Fund, Insurance and Securities business.Previous roles include Sr. Brand Manager - Rin (Detergent) for Hindustan Unilever (HUL), and other Sales & Distribution assignments with Hind Lever at various levels (viz, Regional Sales Manager - Soaps & Detergents, Eastern Region). Worked with Hindustan Unilever for 12 years after completing my MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur in 1990.Had a short stint with Raymonds\' at Jekegram, Thane, before doing my MBA.

Nand Ghar is a network of modern Anganwadis, renovated & refurbished by Vedanta, with an end objective of providing holistic development opportunities to rural communities through early childhood education, enabling access to modern healthcare and providing high-quality nutrition to children (below 6 years). It also focuses on women empowerment through skilling initiatives and rural livelihood training. We aim to transform the lives of 7 crore children and 2 crore women through our Nand Ghar project.
