Providing technical support to the district health and ICDS Officials in Planning and rolling out andstrengthening the activities under RMNCH and Nutrition.• Facilitating the health and ICDS Officials in strengthening existing service delivery, capacity building, review, home visit platforms and community interventions on RMNCH+N thematic areas.• Supporting the coverage, utilization, and quality improvement of Chaya integrated Village Health Sanitation and Nutrition Day (CiVHSND).• Attend meetings and conduct capacity-building sessions of ANMs, Sangini, and ASHAs meetings on maternal health and child health aspects regularly.• Support to health workers to improve tracking of High-Risk Pregnancy (HRP), Low Birth Weight newborns and Severe Acute Malnourished (SAM) children.• Advocacy for improving desired RMNCH+N indicators with the district administration, health officials, ICDS department and other partners/stakeholders.• Regularly conducting field visits to monitor program implementation and provide technical support.• Conduct capacity-building initiatives for ANMs and ASHAs in data entry on e-Kavach to ensuredata quality of ANC services and vaccination of children and Pregnant women.• Analyzing, and generating productive reports using multiple databases and sharing the gaps with higher authorities for decision making.• Periodically monitoring and review of program reports.
