   Led an end-to-end forecasting & supply-planning initiative for New Era Cap - consolidated Excel + Snowflake sources, built robust ETL and feature engineering, and delivered automated purchase and vendor-capacity plans to replace error-prone manual spreadsheets- Architected and productionized ML forecasting (modeling, retraining pipeline, Docker/GCP deployment) with a Streamlit dashboard for planners - shifted decision-making from ad-hoc to data-driven- Worked cross-functionally with supply-chain, sourcing and IT to finalize schemas, implement allocation logic, run E2E testing and roll out stakeholder docs & training.
