My role involves designing and developing NLP models within the ServiceNow platform aimed at improving the work experiences of millions of enterprise users. Few of the components that I helped build - Natural Language Query: NLQ enables users to query and get relevant information from the database using simple natural language text (instead of complicated SQL queries)- NLQ Utterance Corrector: A deep neural network model which corrects an unparseable user utterance into a parseable one, thereby training the user to form better queries - Question Answering: Deep Learning Enterprise models (BERT/ALBERT) which extracts answer (if present) from dense passages for a given factoid question asked by the user - AI Search: Worked on algorithms that reduced the model size by ~50% which in turn reduced the first search inference time by ~50%
