   Led the architecture and technical direction for IDDC, an on-device Android SDK that computes a user’s financial credit score by securely extracting and transforming mobile signals (e.g, SMS, installed apps, contacts) and feeding them into on-device ML models to generate risk/credit outputs- Owned end-to-end SDK engineering and productization across Android and iOS, including multi-tenant client flavors, versioning strategy, backward compatibility, API stability, and release governance for enterprise integrations- Established engineering standards at scale: code review frameworks, coding guidelines, modularization strategy, and quality gates (static analysis, linting, unit/integration tests) to keep multiple SDK lines consistent and maintainable- Built and optimized CI/CD pipelines for repeatable, auditable releases: automated builds, signing, artifact publishing, changelog/release notes, regression suites, and environment parity for partner validation- Drove performance and reliability initiatives across low- to high-end devices: startup time optimization, ANR prevention, threading strategy, memory footprint reduction, IO minimization, and telemetry/observability for production debugging- Led security and compliance-by-design: data minimization, encryption and key management, secure storage, tamper resistance, obfuscation strategy, privacy controls, and partner audit readiness- Served as the principal technical interface for cross-functional collaboration: API/contract negotiations, integration workshops, documentation strategy, rollout planning, and escalation handling with external clients and internal stakeholders- Mentored and scaled engineering effectiveness: technical coaching, design reviews, incident learnings, best-practice playbooks, and culture building around ownership, craftsmanship, and operational excellence.
