Site Supervision & Project Coordination- •Oversee daily construction activities to ensure work aligns with the approved design and timeline. •Act as a bridge between project engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations. •Address on-site challenges promptly to avoid delays and cost overruns.2. Site Logistics & Resource Management - •Plan and manage the delivery of Pilling materials, inverters, mounting structures, and other materials. •Ensure proper storage and handling of sensitive solar components to prevent damage. •Optimize material flow to reduce delays and improve installation efficiency.3. Infrastructure Development & Civil Work Oversight - • Supervise civil works, such as land grading, foundation laying, and road construction within the site. •Oversee trenching and cable routing for electrical connections.4. Risk Management & Problem-Solving - •Identify potential risks such as adverse weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, or land disputes. •Develop contingency plans to minimize delays and mitigate risks.5. Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Compliance - •Enforce safety measures to protect workers from hazards like electrical shocks, falls, and equipment mishandling. •Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for on-site workers.6. Quality Control & Performance Testing - •Monitor the installation of solar panels and electrical components to ensure they meet quality standards.7. Stakeholder Communication & Reporting - •Provide regular updates to CM & PM. •Responsible for Document progress, challenges, and solutions through site reports and meetings.
