As a seasoned professional in the Pharma Machinery Manufacturing industry, I have had the opportunity to manage various aspects of Production, Planning, and Projects in my role as an Operations Manager at ACG Engineering. Below are the key responsibilities and accomplishments that I have achieved during my tenure- Managing Production Assembly operations for the Encapsulation and Tableting Division, including managing the production floor, scheduling and coordinating the production process, and ensuring on-time delivery of products- Leading the Production Planning and Projects department, Order Entry till I&C, ensuring seamless coordination with cross-functional teams and improving upon the customer experience score- Successfully implementing Kaizen culture, 6S Implementation, Gemba Kaizen Week, and Continuous improvement culture across the organization, resulting in improved efficiency and productivity- Improving Systems and Business processes with support from Senior Management, including implementing ERP software, Lean Manufacturing practices, and optimizing resource utilization, which have resulted in significant cost savings and improved operational efficiency- Achieving KPIs of On-time delivery, Productivity matrices, and Capacity Planning, by implementing efficient production processes and continuously monitoring and analyzing performance metrics.My experience in managing complex manufacturing operations, implementing Kaizen culture, and improving business processes have provided me with a unique skill set to lead and drive operational excellence.
