   1) Developed an ML model to predict IBG4 customers likely to increase their CA balance in the next month. Wrote optimised PySpark code to generate the target variable and 50+ features along with a feature pipeline. Trained a Gradient Boosting algorithm and tuned hyperparameters. Performed SHAP analysis on leads and text mining on transaction narration to add comments for RMs to increase conversion rate. Observed precision of 30% for the leads shared with the business.2) Analysed, simulated and optimised event-based IBG4 triggers to shortlist high revenue-generating leads. Developed PySpark code to get the revenue generated per RM attempt for 15 triggers with different products like CA, FD and FX. Shortlisted 4 triggers with low attempts and high revenue to simulate/optimise them by adding gatings on balances and transactions. Optimised triggers generated >80% increased revenue and also eased RM’s workload by dropping the generated trigger count by >60%3) Developed a scalable data pipeline using 2500+ lines of code to build data to create dashboards to mitigate fraudDeveloped scripts to preprocess 5 raw datasets. Utilised 50+ fields and wrote an optimised code in PySpark to create 3 consolidated datasets. Built code for 40+ FEWS, 30+ VRM and 5 Credit auth rules to create post-facto transaction tags.
