Digital transformation and AI deliver scale.I build and scale businesses by combining strategy, operational systems, digital infrastructure, and AI-driven automation into one seamless growth engine.I currently run two ventures. Venture Propel, where I work as an execution, operations, and growth partner to founders and business owners. And Synthera, where we design and implement AI agents and automation infrastructure to run business processes efficiently at scale.I work alongside founders, investors, family offices, and leadership teams to translate capital, strategy, and ambition into real systems, repeatable processes, modernizing systems and measurable results. My role usually extends beyond planning: I build, implement, and stay involved to ensure execution actually works.I’m actively exploring private equity and mergers & acquisitions, particularly succession-driven acquisitions in Europe, as well as platform-style ventures at the intersection of capital, operations, and technology. I collaborate through long-term operating partnerships, execution roles, and selective collaborations with investors, advisors, and operators. I also collaborate with a global network of entrepreneurs, operators, consultants, and investors: connecting opportunities, talent, and businesses across industries.
