   As a Solutions Architect with almost 20 years of experience, I am playing role of end-to-end Solutions Architect / Designer and specialize in designing and implementing complex IT solutions within the Telecommunications domain, specifically focusing on Business Support Systems (BSS), Operations Support Systems (OSS) and Cloud-Native technologies.My key responsibilities include- Strategic Architecture & Design: I own the end-to-end solution design, creating comprehensive High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents, architectural blueprints, and process flow diagrams. I architect scalable, distributed cloud applications using Microservices, Serverless architecture, and Containers (Docker/Kubernetes) across AWS, Azure, and GCP- Telecom Domain Leadership: I lead critical BSS transformation projects, including designing Order-to-Cash (Lead-to-Cash) journeys and OMNI channel experiences. I ensure all solutions adhere to industry standards, leveraging my deep expertise in TM Forum frameworks like eTOM, SID, and ODA- Compliance & Security: I design robust solutions that strictly adhere to regulatory frameworks, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and Customer Data Handling Obligations (CDHO). As an active member of OWASP, I integrate security best practices and vulnerability countermeasures into the software development lifecycle- Technical Governance & Mentorship: I enforce architecture best practices and conduct code reviews to ensure alignment with design specifications. I act as a technical liaison, managing stakeholder requirements, analyzing risks, and mentoring development teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
