   Oversee and manage the accounts payable department & team of 7 members. Oversee Day to day invoice processing, supplier queries and AP share mailbox & auditing for expense reports in concur. Invoice processing includes Direct & indirect expense invoice i.e. two & Three-way invoice processing. Handling payment through uploads for clients, Patient refunds Broker payments, partner commissions. Interaction with Accounting for re-class for Cost centers/GL or prepaid issues, Procurement team for PR/PO issues & FP & A for forecast. Connecting with various department cost center owners/approvers for various issues like Cost center, GL codes, PR/PO issues, invoices approvals etc. Handling weekly payment which includes Wire and ACH payments. Handling employee updation/Termination in concur & working on concur Cognos reporting for monthly dashboard. Establish and monitor department KPI of payment lead time, Aging report, late payments, on time payments. Building and maintaining relationships with various suppliers & monthly vendor reconciliation. Support internal and external auditors for reviews & submitting samples for Audit walkthroughs. Ensuring the team\'s work is accurate and invoices are processed for payment using the correct process. Ongoing improvements to the accounts payable process & implement and maintain policies and SOP for efficient and effective accounts payable operations. Manages and motivates the AP team to deliver best in class service across a number of areas. Periodically evaluate accounts payable policies and procedures and make recommendations for best practices.
