Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive advisory support to Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) under the Swachh Bharat Mission (SBM 2.0) — covering Solid Waste Management (SWM), Information, Education & Communication (IEC), transaction advisory, and capacity-building initiatives.Lead tender documentation, bid process management, evaluation, and monitoring for sanitation and waste management projects.Assist in preparation and review of DPRs, RFPs, and bid evaluation reports, ensuring adherence to MoHUA and state-level guidelines.Coordinate with Municipal Commissioners, Sanitary Inspectors, and Zonal Officers to strengthen on-ground implementation, compliance, and service delivery.Facilitate training and orientation workshops for municipal officials, Safaimitras, and stakeholders on source segregation, ODF+ protocols, and IEC strategies.Support data management, MIS reporting, and documentation for Swachh Survekshan and other performance assessments.Liaise with state mission directorates, technical partners, and NGOs to align policy directives with local implementation frameworks.
