About Shashank Mittal
Shashank is currently working as consultant with Kearney’s Product Excellence and renewal lab. In this role, he is managing complex high-impact projects for various product centric firms navigating through cost reduction strategies, product positioning, sustainability initiatives, to name a few. Prior to Kearney, Shashank received his Master’s degree in Public Policy at the Harris School (University of Chicago), where his focus areas included the applications of data and emerging technologies in effective policy making. At PwC, he was associated as the Advisor to Director General of National Informatics Centre (NIC), which is a premier science and technology organization of the Government of India. As the advisory consultant, he played an instrumental role in advising the Director General on strategies around exponential technologies, thought leaderships, white paper, etc.He has previously managed the project management office for the e-counselling division of National Informatics Centre where he was responsible for design and draft of a proposal to National Testing Agency. Prior to joining PwC, he has worked with Genpact as Continuous Improvement Lead for Life sciences vertical, driving high value generating black belt projects, managed the knowledge management and mentored green belt projects. Shashank started his corporate journey with Infosys Limited as a Software Engineer.Shashank has a keen interest in research and development. He is black belt trained & tested and is also a certified design thinking practitioner.
